  • Can I get a full refund?

    Yes.  If you are not happy with your purchase from the www.johnkosta.com store, simply return the painting in the original packing material and a full refund shall be provided.  

  • What is your return policy?

  • How long does it take to complete a commission?

    The time required to complete a commission depends on a number of factors including the size of canvas and complexity of the image. After the intial consultation, I will be able to provide you with a delviery schedule and idea of the time that will be required. 

  • Can I make a purchsae by phone?

  • Can my art be shipped internationally?

    Yes. Paintings can be shipped internationally.  Dueties and fees may apply.
