ARTalk is an arts & culture journal focused on art that is oriented toward creating thoughtful conversation and positive change. In a world that often seems lost in noise, we want to slow things down and provide a space for contemplation — a platform to hear the voices of a variety of artists. We value quality over quantity while highlighting exciting exhibits, events, and shining a spotlight on emerging and established artists and the galleries that bring their work to the public.

This month we spotlight Documenta 15, the renowned contemporary fine art exhibition held every five years in Kassle Germany featuring a select group of artists leading the way in today's world of modern art. Secondly we feature an article by National Geographic about efforts to bring back endangered trout to the channelized Los Angeles River. Enjoy!
